PRICES/PAYMENT

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including danish VAT.

If your market and or carrier requires you to remit payment for duties and taxes upon delivery, you will need to make the payment arrangements with the carrier upon delivery.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping and handling for countries inside EU costs 8 EUR.
Shipping and handling for countries outside EU vary accordingly to shipping adress.

Shipping within Denmark is free of charge.

DELIVERY

We are doing as much as we can to insure a fast delivery and send all in-stock InfiniteLoove item orders within 24 hours. During peek seasons we ship as fast as we can.

All InfiniteLoove jewelries ordered on www.infiniteloove.com will be delivered by an international freight carrier. Delivery times are subject to carrier shipping - typically 2-10 working days depending on your shipping adress. Please notice that duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If we are exposed to circumstances that constitute force majeure, circumstances in this country or abroad that are beyond the company’s control, delivery time is extended until the issue have been resolved.

 

RETURN

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a InfiniteLoove item, please contact us at contact@infiniteloove.com within 3 days after you received your purchase and confirm that you wish to cancel or change your purchase.

The InfiniteLoove item must be in original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. The InfiniteLoove jewelry must not have been worn.

Please be specific with what InfiniteLoove jewellery you'd like instead or if you wish to return. In case of return, we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped to and the amount you will be refunded. Return shipping costs is not refunded. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the InfiniteLoove item for a different size/colour if preferred. Refund of the purchase amount is made as quickly as possible after we have received the product and verified that it meets the conditions for return. Please include bank information (your account number and reg. No.) so that we can transfer the money directly back into your account. If you use PayPal the refund will be returned to your account.
